After 10 years spent in large international industrial groups, in 2004 I joined a search and selection international firm where I developed the automotive practice and trained in interview and assessment techniques.
In 2009, I restarted the Brazilian subsidiary where I developed the consulting activities throughout all Latin America. It is within this framework that, with an international team, we search and select all of FIFA’s management teams for the organization of the 2014 World Cup.
In 2015, eager to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure, I created MIDDLE2TOP in Peru (my wife’s country), a consulting firm in EXECUTIVE SEARCH and TALENT MANAGEMENT to dedicated to Latam countries from Lima.
Since 2018, back in France, I put all my accumulated experience at the service of our clients, offering tailor-made services in France and abroad. We support also organizations wishing to invest or develop throughout Latin America.

A leader’s performance is characterized by appropriate behavior in situations (particularly crisis situations). My 20 years of practicing assessments and in-depth interviews with leaders have allowed me to understand that: PREDICTING PERFORMANCE MEANS UNDERSTANDING THE LEADER’ BEHAVIORS induced by personality, but not only. Personality analysis is useful but not sufficient, it is necessary to understand values, motivations, the fruits of experience and education, and even more so their interactions. To predict a leader’s managerial performance, behaviors must be analyzed and understood.
