A unique approach to competencies assessment

More than ever, the hybrid context of organizations and the induced changes constitute an opportunity to rethink managerial practices and roles in a “phygitalised” world. The questioning of the units of time, place and action by remote work implies a review of leadership models and practices. We propose a unique approach to revalidate managerial practices in the context.

The assessment of competencies, in particular managerial competencies (managerial practices, posture, and legitimacy of the leader) is my DNA and an expertise, based on nearly

AN ASSESSMENT EXPERTISE

Convinced that a leader’s performance is based on Leaders’ behaviors, which are visible to others in situation (like an iceberg). Understanding and predicting a leader’s performance requires an understanding of personality, experience, education, motivations, values, interpersonal skills, and attitudes. The objective is to analyze this submerged part (of the iceberg) to better understand and predict the best performance in situation of leaders.
